These Terms & Conditions, Rules & Regulations and Privacy Policy are established to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all visitors, staff, and collections at the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). By purchasing a ticket through this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Ticket Purchases and Validation

• All tickets purchased online are subject to availability and are valid only for the specific date and time slot selected during the booking process.
• A valid form of identification (ID or Passport) matching the nationality selected during the booking process must be presented upon entry. Failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of entry without refund.
• Discounted tickets (e.g., Student, Senior) require presentation of valid proof of eligibility at the ticketing gates.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All tickets are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Please carefully review your selected dates, times, and ticket types before proceeding to payment.

3. Museum Rules and Guidelines

• All photos and videos taken within the museum premises are for personal use only. Commercial use, professional equipment, and tripods are strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
• Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited inside the galleries and exhibition areas.
• The museum reserves the right to refuse admission or request a visitor to leave the premises if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or poses a threat to the collections or other visitors.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Grand Egyptian Museum and its ticketing partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
